Create Fine Print

Fine Print is created using a JSON configuration file that defines the sections and text displayed on your quotes and PDFs.

To get started, download the Fine Print template and add your own content without changing any key names:

File Structure

The Fine Print file contains a single required key:

  • fine_print_data — This key is required and must not be changed. It contains an array of Fine Print sections. You may define up to 8 sections.
  • heading — The section title as it appears in the PDF. This key name must not be changed.
  • paragraph — The body text displayed under the heading. This key name must not be changed. Enter any legal, pricing, or support text appropriate for your business.

Notes

  • Sections are displayed in the order they appear in the file
  • Text is rendered exactly as entered
  • Changes apply only to quotes created after import
