Your logo is used as the header image when exporting quotes to PDF.

While optional, adding a logo helps reinforce your brand and gives customer-facing PDFs a more polished, professional appearance.

The logo appears at the top of printed and exported documents and is especially useful when sharing quotes with customers, partners, or internal stakeholders.

Formats

• PNG (recommended)
• JPG / JPEG

Dimensions

Logos must be no larger than 1000px wide and 50px tall.

Images exceeding these dimensions will be automatically scaled or clipped when exporting to PDF.

File Size

The maximum allowed file size is 15 KB.

Keeping the file small ensures fast loading and consistent rendering across exported PDFs.

If your logo exceeds this limit, consider optimizing or exporting it at a lower resolution.

Transparent backgrounds typically produce the best results.
